- JEJered EideJul 31, 20241.0I had a job scheduled with a client and needed to rent a Propress tool. At noon, I called around different places until i called United who told me they had one, i clarified the exact one i needed and they said yes they had that one. They said specifically it was at 5710 E 56th ave. I told them i'd be in at 4:30 to grab it. I get there at 4:30, and they don't know what i'm talking about. Nobody in the store even knows what a propress tool is. They look around for like 20 minutes. They don't have one. The nearest one is in Littleton, like 20 miles away, and they close in ten minutes. Every other rental place in the metro area is also closed or closing soon by this time. Because of this, i lost out on a substantial amount of money and time. If they told me they didn't have it, i could have kept searching at noon. If they told me it was in littleton, i could have planned to pick it up there. But because they told me it was specifically here, i got screwed and have no recourse except an angry review.
