    Dayana “helped” us on our most recent visit. Highly unknowledgeable. We tried to buy a new phone case we picked one out for the phone on the wall. She then went to go get a new one in a box and got the jumbo version and we didn’t realize it was the wrong case till we got home. We also had issues with our bill being higher than quoted earlier this month and was told in exact words “it is what it is” This was corrected with Verizon customer service on the phone being a Verizon error but Dayana wouldn’t even look at the bill. I’m just so disappointed and frustrated with Verizon and the help we were provided with.

    It would be spectacular if you could call the damn store instead of getting routed to main customer service. My husband could not get the help he needed because im the account holder. I was trying to call to assist...could not get through to this store.

    Avoid this Verizon store at all cost. They won’t even call customer service to try to help you get your account set up. They’ll just tell you that’s not how it works with plenty of attitude and have a nice day.

    After three years with Verizon, I can confidently say this company has serious accountability issues. When we upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max, we traded in our old phones at this store under a promotion promising an $800 credit per line. We met every requirement — but the credits were never applied. The store took our phones and failed to properly document the trade-in, which is where the issue began. Over the past year and a half, I’ve called customer service multiple times to resolve it. Each time, I was told a claim would be opened, yet none were ever filed or documented. Every call starts from zero because you never speak to the same person twice, and there’s no record of prior conversations. We’ve now paid the full retail price for the phones — $1,200 each — while Verizon (or an individual from this store) kept our trade-ins and failed to honor their own promotion. For a multibillion-dollar company, this level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I’m looking forward to switching carriers and warning others to avoid this store and read the fine print carefully before trusting Verizon’s trade-in offers.
