Zero help with warranty of my Samsung S24 Ultra I bought from Best Buy had to go through Samsung warranty it was much easier.

when I finally got a service representative the service was good. My only issue was that the remote start package said it included everything, and yet I was charged additional items for installation. I don't feel that is the right way to market this product and they should define right up front that there are additional items required for installation that will cost additional money.
