  Excellent customer service for repair (replacement) of a defective vacuum brush head under warranty. This was the second faulty brush attachment we've had. The original was replaced via corporate customer service, which took weeks due to the part being out of stock. But the store in Centennial, CO - which we were not aware of the first time - had the part and replaced it in minutes hassle free.

  Ian fixed my two vacuums for free in five minutes and gave me tips on how to prevent the issue in the future. Really great service, this place gives great value to the Dyson brand.

  I brought my Dyson airwrap in for an internal heating issue. I knew it was an internal heating issue as I did extensive research on this. I’ve taken great care of my Dyson and have followed all the steps to take care of it but this issue was unresolved on my own so I took my Dyson in. The guy took it back said oh it’s just a clump of hair it’s good to go after 2 minutes of looking at it and I was hesitant and said are you sure because this has been an issue and he said yes. Well fast forward to the first time I use the Dyson again and I couldn’t even get through my hair once without this issue happening. The Dyson turns off after 10 seconds making it impossible to do your hair in a timely manner. Now I have a wedding to leave for in 5 days and the guy now says he can’t get it fixed in time. I drove over an hour with a baby to have this service actually fix my Dyson and now I’m in the same position having to go back and have it fixed. I feel as though this could’ve been done the first time I went in there and now I’m without a Dyson and a way to do my hair for a wedding I’m attending. So thanks for nothing.

  The trigger needed to be replaced on my cordless vacuum - the repair took less than 15 minutes and was reasonably priced. I wasn't sure what the issue was when the vacuum wouldn't run, but the excellent reviews made me decide to drive across town and bring it in for service.

  I forgot to write a review a few weeks back. This team at this location has always been so helpful, efficient and quick. Understanding the issues and creating up the next steps to fix what may be wrong. I’ve been under warranty and had to come a few times for diagnosis and helped me with a replacement part of sorts every time. No questions asked. These guys are TOP NOTCH! I’ll forever be loyal to Dyson not necessarily for the product itself but the SERVICE! Wow. Thank you! 🙏🏼
