    Joe & Rylie are incredible customer service representatives at this Verizon store. They each have a calm, positive and easy going demeanor that made this an enjoyable experience. I’ll always come back to this location to see Joe. He went above and beyond through the whole process.

    I came to the store looking to do an early upgrade to an iPhone 17pro max, I guy by the name of Sean worked with us that day and we only addressed upgrading the phone and no other fees on top of it were ever mentioned. Later I checked my Verizon app and realized that he messed around with hidden fees that were never talked about, such as cloud storage, warranty for the phone, etc. I ended up calling customer service and the issue will be fixed, However, I should not have to go through it in the first place. Beware whenever you give these people approval to have access to your account.
