    Recently took advantage of getting a new phone on Verizon, paying only the taxes. Had the pleasure of working with Paco throughout the whole process. He made the the whole experience stress-free & made some really good recommendations to streamline the process once the phone was ready for pickup. Backing up your phone prior to getting the new phone was a huge time saver.

    After trading in my device in October 2025 I just recieved a message from Verizon that they didn't receive my device in the 2 month time frame. Following up to figure it all out is time I don't have.

    Poor customer service, i have been to this store multiple times in the past couple of months. They never speak upon entry to the establishment, going into a place with human typically means human connect and contact! Although they are assisting current customers they could acknowledge those of us who enter the store. I waited for 30 minutes and employees walked pass me and others on many occasions without any assistance or time frame for waiting and the kiosk was not there to inform anyone about possible problems or wait times.
