I’ve had Verizon home internet for a year now and it works great but every time I try to log into my account there is a problem and I’m instructed to contact customer support and every time I do I get the run around with their automated service system and when I say talk to representative I get told I have to pay to talk to someone to fix an issue today I’ve been trying to talk to someone since 9:30 am and the one agent I was able to talk to was their there chat box and the agent didn’t help asked me two things then stopped responding I waited for a response for 45 minutes and still nothing when all I’m trying to do is get my account info changed and stuff updated on my account.

I am writing this review to express my serious dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at a Verizon retail store. What should have been a straightforward visit turned into a frustrating and time-wasting experience that reflected poorly on store management, staffing decisions, and overall customer care. When I arrived at the store, there was only one employee scheduled to work. That alone created immediate delays, but the situation became worse as the visit progressed. The employee openly stated that he did not know how to do “most things” and was unable to assist customers with even basic requests. This was not a matter of being busy or overwhelmed. It was a lack of training and preparedness. Multiple customers, including myself, were left waiting while the employee repeatedly disappeared into the back of the store. There was no explanation, no acknowledgment of the growing line, and no effort to manage expectations. At several points, the store floor was completely unattended. Customers were left standing around, unsure if anyone would return or if help was even available. When the employee did reappear, it was clear that he was not confident in handling customer issues. Questions were met with uncertainty, and assistance was either delayed or abandoned entirely. At no point did the employee attempt to escalate the situation, call for support, or offer alternatives. The response was essentially, “I don’t know,” followed by walking away again. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that the problem was not the employee alone. This was a management failure. Scheduling a single employee who is not properly trained to run an entire store is unacceptable. It places the employee in a no-win situation and guarantees a poor customer experience. Customers should not bear the consequences of understaffing or inadequate training. I expect better from a company of Verizon’s size and reputation. Customers come into your stores expecting knowledgeable staff, timely assistance, and basic professionalism. Instead, what I experienced was confusion, neglect, and wasted time. I ultimately left without resolving my issue because there was simply no functional support available. This visit damaged my confidence in Verizon’s in-store service model. If stores are going to be staffed this way, customers should be warned in advance or directed to locations that can actually provide assistance. Better training, proper staffing, and accountability at the management level are not optional. They are the bare minimum. I hope this review is taken seriously. No customer should walk into a Verizon store and feel ignored, stranded, or dismissed due to preventable operational failures.

I wish I had caught the gals name who helped us. The store was pretty busy this black Friday but we were helped within 20 minutes of coming in and it was a speedy transaction once she grabbed the phone we needed.
Probably the best Verizon experience I've had considering chat and phone service can take hours.

I walked in with a iPhone that I bought from Apple could not get the online activation to work properly. A gentleman there took him maybe 10 minutes to fix it for me impressive.
