This store passed me on to Samsung customer support which told me I was S.O.L...Im sick of Verizon especially this store. Ive been a Verizon customer almost 10 years and when I told them I would be going with T-mobile they wished me luck...I guess when you're as big as Verizon they don't value your satisfaction.

Not only did he help us, he was able to multitasking with 3 other customers at the same time effortlessly. I have NEVER met a phone person so skilled, friendly, on top of it as Luke.
