She flat out refused because she was on hold on the phone helping other customers. She said she wouldn’t be able to help before they closed and basically ignored us. So now we have to drive back down there tomorrow. Just give me my phone, I already paid for!

He even gave us his personal number to call with any issues that came up with the new phone and helped us when we weren't even in the store. He went above and beyond of what was expected and made our experience as perfect as can be!

I really thought I would need a new phone at one point but he assured me he could get it fixed. Took around 30 minutes but he got it fixed and was efficient and professional through the entire proccess.

Worst experience I've ever had. Lauren was absolutely awful. Can't recommend enough to go to a different store or just jump off the balcony before you even try with this verizon location!

Store manager was no where to be found, the only employee seems new and clueless, he was not able to help. Avoid this location.
