    Very poor experience. Previously used Verizon Corporate store in Boulder with great success. They closed and I assumed Superior store was the same, to find they are a reseller. Switch to 4 new IPhones took over a month and ten visits to the store. Manny was either new and inexperienced or just incompetent. Switched back to Corporate store in Westminster to finally get service. Steer clear.

    I got duped into buying an "upgrade' Which was not an "upgrade" and due to an accident in could not return the product within 30 days. This store passed me on to Samsung customer support which told me I was S.O.L...Im sick of Verizon especially this store. Ive been a Verizon customer almost 10 years and when I told them I would be going with T-mobile they wished me luck...I guess when you're as big as Verizon they don't value your satisfaction.

    Luke was phenomenal. We had a difficult situation with a phone and he helped us get through it smoothly. Not only did he help us, he was able to multitasking with 3 other customers at the same time effortlessly. I have NEVER met a phone person so skilled, friendly, on top of it as Luke. This company is so fortunate to have this bright young man. He is definitely worth every penny and more.
