    Crowded and not the most organized Apple store. Went in for a repair, they did a great job, but there could have been a better explanation of how all that works. All in all, would recommend.

    Worst Apple Store I’ve been to— we went once and thought it was a fluke. Both times we waited extremely amounts of time, once for a genius appointment and now for buying an Apple Watch. Most recently, we picked everything out ourselves since no one was available to help us. We asked several times for some help and were shuffled to a new table to wait at, then shuffled back to the original table. We found what looked like the manager (woman with headset in frantically looking around all the time) and she talked down to my mother and rolled her eyes. When we finally did get someone they brought out the wrong stuff, only discovering that after we purchased it. We then had to return 2/3 items and just leave the store with no resolution (order it ourselves I guess? They didn’t care). I’ve been to Apple Stores all over and this is single handily the worst experience and something Apple management needs to look into.

    They were tenacious in their work to remove an old Apple Watch band to replace it with the new one we bought. At least 3 different people worked on it before we succeeded. Thanks!

    Drove down twice. Once for repair. Then today drove down to pick up my device. I let the girl helping me know that the device looked different and I was not certain that was my device even though it was the same color. She assured me it was. Received a call on my way home that they gave me another customers device. They of course want me to drive back up to swap phones. It’s frustrating that they didn’t double check before I left. It is a 100 mile trip for me not to mention 3 hours of my time.

    I made an appointment for a battery exchange. Clearly expressed battery exchange. Apple knew my phone specs. Upon arrival I was told ‘not in stock, must be ordered’. Why wasn’t I told this before? Received call on a Sat the battery was available. I asked if I needed appointment, “ no just come in”. Upon arrival at 1:00 I was now told they had to have the phone until Sunday noon. They told me Saturday is really busy. Why wasn’t I told that on the Sat morning call? As I waited there were 9-11 sales people present mostly visiting within themselves and the mgr told me only 4 repair people. But she repeated, Saturday is real busy for repairs. Why wasn’t I told that? Why don’t they have more repair staff for simple battery exchanges. The store attitude and customer service is way below par.
