This store deserves a zero star review. We bought a new phone here and were advised repeatedly that all information would transfer to the new device from home. Since then, we have totally lost access to a critical Gmail account. Meanwhile, the store has already wiped the old phone and shipped it out. When I called Apple, and ultimately got connected to the Flatirons store manager, I wanted to advise him of what happened to ensure it didn’t happen again to another customer. I’ve never spoken with someone with more poor customer service skills. That manager should be fired immediately. He blame shifted the incident completely to us as the customer and adamantly asserted that it was our responsibility to alert them that we had other services beyond iCloud (is there anyone without Google??). This manager took zero responsibility, had no solutions or suggestions. If the customer sales rep that you trained adamantly states that “all data will transfer”…and the reiterates in twice more when pressed…that covers our situation. Total fail Flatirons Apple Store…and the responsibility is with store management.

If I can give them 0 stars I would I brought my fiancé‘s phone in Sunday’s the 24th due to the battery has swollen and the phone stopped working and the back glass got popped off after talking with a gentleman there he said that they can get a repair going either then asked if he can replace the screen as well. He then said sensor is already two major components of the phone being repaired they would just replace the phone. He gave me a loaner phone and said he is ordering the new phone and it would be there The next Friday they would reach out to us by phone or email. No one ever reached out to us phone or email that Friday so I called the next on Saturday. The guy I spoke to said the weather delay delayed the phone and that it would be a few more days. I said that’s perfectly fine. I’ll be in touch. Today the store called me and said I need to sign a re-quote. I then asked for what they had said. The phone was sent to a repair shop and they want to charge me $59 for the screen. I told them I have been told since a little over a week ago that I was getting a whole new phone that was covered under warranty and I wouldn’t have to pay anything. I also confirmed on Saturday that it was still coming. It was just delayed due to weather now they’re trying to tell me no new phone was being ordered. Our phone was actually sent out to a repair shop somewhere in Texas I believe and I had to pay $59 in order for them to fix the front screen the battery in the back glass. They are willing to cover the back glass in the battery but I have to pay $59 for the front screen because they will have to go through the front of the phone to get to the battery. I explain if the battery would’ve never been messed up. I would not have to replace the screen anyways I got A call back from a lead person at the store unfortunately it didn’t catch his name and he argued with me back-and-forth that I have to pay the $59. I explained to him if one of your technicians there told us that they were ordering a whole new phone and gave us a loaner in the meantime and on that Saturday I confirmed with another app agent that the phone was still on its way to it was just delayed that they Should stick to their word whether that tech said the wrong information or not it’s what they have told us and that’s what we’ve been going by for a A little over a week and now we’re finding out it’s a whole different situation. Our phones got shipped to somewhere else and we have to pay. He argued with me back-and-forth back-and-forth until he finally agreed for them to cover the cost of this screen $59 now $59 isn’t a lot but It’s the principal that they had told us all along until today that a new phone was coming in and it would be just a few more days now here we are a week and a half in and I had to re-sign a quote so they can start working on it so I probably won’t have a phone for close to three weeks with Apple having it prior to this, I didn’t have it for a week waiting for an Apple appointment. They don’t care about customer service obviously and they will give you the runaround. You’re better off looking elsewhere.

Drive an hour and half just to pic up a MacBook Air. The sales person confirmed the color twice. Then handed us everything we purchased. We then drove an hour and half home just to realize they gave us the wrong color. When we called the store, and the only reason for the review, the manager told me”I don’t know how you didn’t notice”. Then got snippy when I challenged that I was responsible obviously we have to now drive 3 hours round trip just to exchange it. Apple really used to be better.
