Very slow service in the screen repair for my dad. They estimated 50 minutes and it’s been much longer

Why is there a gentleman in the back of the store who appears to be monitoring the associates who I can only assume is a manager giving dirty looks to customers when I walked in the store today? Grow up and be for professional.

I don't often post negative reviews. And I'm shocked myself to find myself posting one for an Apple Store. But my experience here was strangely terrible. I booked a battery swap for a 14 pro. They do these all the time. I reserved an appointment online specifically for this swap and the day of I called the store to confirm my appointment and battery availability. They assured me it was all good. When I arrived at my appointment I waited a half hour, which is fine. But the Genius who finally came to help me was obviously overwhelmed. First he tried to tell me how battery cycles work, which has nothing to do with what I wanted and I had already done my homework. When I told him I understood and wanted a swap he then tried to upsell me to a 17. I told him I wasn't interested in what it had to offer and he pointed to its better battery life. After again just asking to go through with the swap I was told to come back tomorrow as they had no time today, with another nebulous answer on if they would be able to do the swap. What is the point of the appointment if you cant help me? I drove 2 hours basically for nothing. Fix your system.

The absolute only reason we went here was because we had a few questions about watch bands, and wanted to walk out with a product rather than waiting for shipping. After visiting this store, I feel our service would have been better had we just ordered the watch online and waited for FedEx. We actually went twice, as the night before, the woman who we were able to get to pay attention to us only half listened to our questions as she tapped away on her iPad apparently reviewing the rest of the night’s schedule. Based on her attitude, we decided to come the next day instead. The next day, we asked someone when we walked in about watches and was directed to wait for the woman who was apparently assigned to the watch table. She was helping someone else so we waited patiently. While waiting, we used the iPad there to make all the choices necessary so we could show her what we wanted. She finished with the first customer and immediately helped someone who just walked in rather than helping us. We told the guy who originally told us to wait for her and he sighed loudly and started to play with his iPad as if he were going to help us. As he struggled with it we explained that we already knew what we wanted and just wanted to purchase it. He poked at his iPad another minute or so and then saw that the woman in charge of the table was done and got her attention. We literally waited twice as long to get help as it took to actually submit our order and get the watch. I’ve been to plenty of Apple stores in my life but will not be returning to this one.

My 3 month old 16 has the battery protruding from the back and displaying an oder, obvious fire risk. But yet it takes an Apple Store more than the 3-5 business days to get a battery in to make the repair. Was told to come back 3 days after my original visit as it would “for sure be in”….got lost in the queue for 45 min before finally asking what my status was. Was then informed they didn’t have the battery. Another 3 days have passed and now I’m at 6 business days and have had the pleasure of talking to Apple customer support while being transferred 6 different times
