    Diego & Alyssa worked as a team today, during a service outage nonetheless To provide me excellent customer service. I came in Ready to cancel My business account with five lines, and not only did they spend over two hours with me helping me with my bill, I ended up upgrading four of my phones. I really appreciate how thorough they were in explaining the process, the changes, the upgrades, and every step of the process. I’ve done this many times over different Wireless Carriers and there’s many times a sales rep will tell you something only to find out. It’s completely different later when you receive your bill. Alyssa was first to help me walking in the door, and once she found out my needs and that I had a business account, she grabbed Diego. He was already scheduled for meetings with Verizon online for other clients, and we had already spent so much time together he was able to loop Alyssa back in who was there during the whole process. I really appreciate the way they were both working as a team to help get me to the end result. More so I felt valued as a customer through their attentiveness, Care, and going above and beyond to help me with all my questions. I highly recommend Diego for your business needs and Alyssa for non-business lines. Quality customer service seems to be rare these days, but today it kept another business account with five lines with Verizon.

    horrible experience me and my family decided to transfer over to Verizon we got all new phones and were told to come in to get out phone numbers transferred we went in the guy attending us was busy making shapes with his sticky notes and told us to fined so information then he could transfer the numbers we know absolutely nothing about what he asked us to fined and he proceeded, to just walked away to help another customer we had to Google we're to fined the information he asked for in order for us to get the information we got the information and I believe was the maneger came to help us out he got 1 out of 4 phones done and sent us on our way we got home and turned on the phones like he suggested we should only to fined out one phone number had transferred now I am stuck having to call support after support all because the own maneger couldn't do his own job horrible experience at this location I had to call a different location in order to Evan get help because the support number had me on hold for 40min don't go to this Verizon location

    They never help…they just tell you to call customer service…they get paid to stand there and tell you to deal with it somewhere else…why do you even work here? Just to sell phones? You can see my phone customer service can’t…I’m disappointed in the new generation because they seem really lazy and just pawn problems off to others and get paid for it.
