    Honest, fast and affordable! Great store and staff. From Beverly Hills,CA, I lost my phone in the snow and Verizon was the Hero! Sales manager was kind and thorough. He gave me good choices on plans and brought out a beautiful 😍 light ice blue Galaxy. Great deal too. Awesome reception all the way to Harvard, Massachusetts. Traveled alone with the kitties through mountains, plains, dirt roads, Indian Reservations, Cowboys, Motor City, Chicgo and the World Series. Go Dodgers! Thank you Verizon. Highly recommend.     Horrible customer service I went in to get a phone upgrade and the guy very rude just tells you have to pay off the phone in full to upgrade and leave the old phone there when I called customer care they told me something totally different but avoid going to this store these people working there act like they are doing you a favor. Get it together Verizon at prairie center in Brighton if it wasn't for us paying the expensive bills you wouldn't have a job !!!

    I’ve had a few days to think on this and it’s still not sitting well with me. I have no idea what’s going on with Verizon as a whole.. what happened to the days of fully stocked inventory, day of trade ins and customer service? Neil acted like I was bothering him and that I should know they only have orange iPhone 17 pro maxes in store and everyone just deals with it. He made several comments like “omg you guys have so many lines” I have a big family so what? I showed him a promotion I was sent about trading in for the new iPhone up to $500 off, his response was “what even is that? Doesn’t even make sense.” He didn’t look into it or anything. I really miss the days of pleasant customer service.

    Came in 5 months ago, may 10th, to purchase my new line. The sales rep either misunderstood the promotion they had at the time or lied to me. This was a part of the pay off your phone rebate. The sales rep too a bunch of pictures of my att information and said in 6-8 weeks id receive the gift card in email. We'll between may and now I have had to talk to numerous different customer service reps, be on the phone for 30-60 minutes each time, to get new directions of what i need to do to receive the promotion promised. At this point I dont even just care about the gift card because verizon has put me through the ringer to try to get this. I feel verizon needs to do something extra to make up for all of the inconveniences caused. Im leaving a review here because this was the store this stemmed from, but my frustration is now more towards the customer service team who instead of offering a credit to my account or SOMETHING to make it right, they told me I can add home internet to save $10 on my phone line. I definitely will not add anything else to verizon and will be switching phone carriers ASAP. Verizon left a very very very poor first impression with me, I left att after 10 years, and I wish I didnt.
