Had a 3:20 appointment to get an iPhone battery replacement. Was told it would take til 5 (which seemed long for a battery). Came back that evening for pick up and was told they hadn’t got to it but could do it the next day in about 45 mins. Got a refund and will be taking my Apple products to the Apple Store.
Two stars instead of one because Michael was nice.

Very quick and helpful extracting critical data off a failed drive. The web and phone-based reservation system was down (seems to be a common problem) but the staff worked me in right away, gave lots of useful advice or replacement hardware. Very professional.

Be very careful- Geek Squad saved my credit card info and put me on auto-renewal for a service plan. I had a charge for over $200 that I did not authorize and when I called to figure out what was going on, I was told that they save your CC info and renew automatically. I don't ever remember being told anything about this! Seems pretty shady not to authorize this type of purchase before charging someone's card.
