    Great helpful staff! Every time I've been in, they've helped me find the right section and help me get set up quickly if needed. However, pretty weird that the latest and greatest tech just isn't in stock. I came to the store expecting to walk out with the one I wanted, not the next model over they actually had one or two of. Shipping to me a few days later wasn't an option, which is why I went to the store...

    Creepy Experience… RIP Best Buy. Wanted to talk to someone about switching phone plans. Felt like I walked into a ghost town. This is in BOULDER!! Boulder, Colorado! Not a sketchy neighborhood… and they were still open for another hour when I showed up, looking for the entrance. All the outside lights were off and it looked closed and abandoned. Again, not in a bad neighborhood.. shocked that BB is this decrepit 👻

    Trying to make an appt for the Greek squad is an excruciating process. The website doesn't work. The customer service are agents in India that are incredibly slow and cut you off by reading through a script that makes the process tumultuous and frustrating. I finally made the appt with them only to get an email one hr later saying that the appt was cancelled. As soon as I finally reach someone that can help me, I will be cancelling my membership.

    So I'm gonna get this place 5 stars.Because I was being a real jerk because I didn't know I had to have an appointment to pick up my computer.So I had to wait for 30 minutes and I was brooding and I was given lavish apologies several times smaller.Store more personable check it out.
