  bought excellent condition open box laptop and wouldn't even start out of the box, they obviously didnt even check if it worked before posting it for sale for almost full price. returned next day and they wouldn't honor the sale so ended up leaving with a far worse product than what I had initially purchased. Man helping me exchange was pleasant but every employee every time I come here is just standing around doing anything else but helping customers.

  Have been a few times recently. They have the equipment or items I have been after. Some sales associates are more helpful than others.

  The woman who helped me out was incredibly gracious and understanding. She dealt with my bad mood (due to no fault of her own, its just a bad day) with professionalism and kindness. I didnt get her name, i just want to make sure someone in this store knows shes a stellar employee and deserves recognition in general. She was blonde and wore glasses. If i were her dealing with me today i would have just said "bye" lmao

  I purchased and returned my product at Bestbuy Boulder. This experience was lead by team member Joseph. Joseph was meticulous, carefully lead me through each step.

  Went here to help get my elderly neighbor a new landline phone. Haven't been to a best buy in over 10 years due to smarter shopping options. What you pay for is the option of any one of three employees with nothing really to do to give you one option per price point. The only time best buy is the best buy is when you have no other options. Like for instance an elderly neighbor who won't let you order him a phone for 15 percent less money. You get 5 stars because it warms my heart to help my neighbor. Not to be in your store. Merry Christmas find a new job don't go down with this ship.
