- SDSpencer DavisDec 14, 20231.0Absolutely some of the worst customer service that I can remember. I've tried to get help there twice and the same person behind the counter just said no I can't help you call customer service. So I call customer service and then customer service says I have to go in store. Even showed her the transcript the second time. She was completely disinterested in doing anything even remotely close to resembling help both times. Just a "no we can't, call CS" didn't even try to do anything just a not my job and back to playing on her phone or gossiping with her coworkers the second time. And then I went to a store in Longmont and they were able to help. It took 10 minutes to get it taken care of in Longmont but because of this gals lack of any customer service skills I've spent hours on the phone, online, and in person trying to figure it out. So glad to be switching carriers.
