- AGandre griffithsApr 4, 20261.0No point in making an "appointment " when they only have one geek squad tech... so expect wait times of 20-30 minutes. Go some places else

- TGTony GilJan 24, 20261.0I went to get my computer diagnostic already knowing what had happened to my computer , to which they checked in my computer and told me most likely it was a battery issue , they sold me into this membership , later I received an email saying they can’t access my computer and cannot diagnose the computer but would be better to buy a new computer rather than fixing it, my computer had a $120 fix which is less that the price of the membership they made me get into for the membership , I felt scammed since I gave the techs a chance to do their job, it’s clear they are only qualified to install screen protectors, I would NEVER recommend taking your electronics here in this location
