  James was extremely helpful in my transitioning to a new phone. All of my questions got answered, everything was updated, and now I can take even better pictures! I had gone to another store and felt I was getting some mixed messages, but James and his team were excellent.

  Noah was genuinely interested in helping me and took the time needed to make sure I was fully set up before I left. He also worked to make sure I had the best price for everything I need. Also, from what I could tell, it looked like the other team members were providing the same high level of service. I will go there when I have additional service needs. I highly recommend this store.

  Everyone at the store is always professional and welcoming. Even if they’re busy, they make sure to acknowledge you when you walk in.

  Micah was awesome! He worked with us until 10 pm as our old company was making the transition as difficult as possible. Then we finished the day after with him which was his day off! The service couldn’t have been better!

  We had an excellent experience setting up our iPhones. Micah worked diligently with us throughout the entire process and was consistently patient, knowledgeable, and clear in his guidance. He took the time to explain each step thoroughly and ensured we felt comfortable and confident using our devices. Micah was also exceptionally accommodating, adjusting to our schedules and even assisting us outside of his regular hours. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Micah.
