I took my grandmother to open a new line here and they promised a cheaper deal if we open these supposed "ghost lines" empty phone lines that we would not be charged for but would make the over all bill cheaper. Of course this was a lie and there charging 40 dollars extra per line. They are trying to force people to sign up for auto pay so they get the payments directly. Currently at the corporate office where they stated they have done this to over 20 PEOPLE. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION BUSINESS.
