  0 stars, i came in for battery replacement and they delayed it a couple days and when i came back they broke my face id and didnt do nothing about it

  I went to get my computer diagnostic already knowing what had happened to my computer , to which they checked in my computer and told me most likely it was a battery issue , they sold me into this membership , later I received an email saying they can’t access my computer and cannot diagnose the computer but would be better to buy a new computer rather than fixing it, my computer had a $120 fix which is less that the price of the membership they made me get into for the membership , I felt scammed since I gave the techs a chance to do their job, it’s clear they are only qualified to install screen protectors, I would NEVER recommend taking your electronics here in this location

  If only I could give zero stars The geek squad at this m location is a joke, this idiot named Justin S., I can in to have my computer looked at because the volume was not working, he did not even open the computer to try and find where the problem was, instead he said "I don't need to look at the problem, I am a professional, it is going to cost 180 to fix the problem," but I already have a 3yr warranty and the laptop is only 6mo old
