  I had a hard drive failure and other places were quoting me over a week without my laptop. The Geek Squad had me back running in a little more than a day. Although my data was unrecoverable, it was a lesson learned to back things up but, nonetheless, to have my laptop back that quickly was exceptional.

  We took our computer here when we started having problems. They charged us $350 for a complete once over, diagnostic, and repair. Several days later we came to pick up our computer, and were handed paperwork and told to sign and go away. We asked what they had found in our computer (before we would sign) and after waiting for 30 min were told nothing.. I asked why we paid for diagnostic & REPAIR if there was no repair done... waited another 20 min to be told sorry about that well refund $100. 2 days later the computer was doing the exact same stuff we braught it in for.. We called and were hung up on several times. We went in the store with the computer explaining all this and were told we were already refunded so go away... we did not/have not received a full refund nor is our computer fixed. beware of these scammers
