I don't really comment when it comes to customer service, but Perla, and Victoria gave exceptional service, these two should definitely be rewarded for their hard work and for giving a true customer service experience, I came in there pissed!! and left out feeling heard and understood! I recommend if you are a cricket customer, or want to switch services to go to this location. they will get you all the service you need! thank you guys for helping me pick out a phone for my neice, she was overjoyed for Christmas and for that l, it will truly be one she will always remember!

I can’t remember the lady’s name, but she’s always incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She never rushes, she gives clear guidance, and she always offers alternative options if what I’m looking for isn’t available. Her attitude alone makes the entire experience easy and stress-free. Camilo has also been awesome every single time — friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. We’ve even shared some conversations here and there, and he’s always been respectful and helpful. And the gentleman who works there as well (I believe he’s the father) is just as kind and welcoming. Together, they make this store feel like a place you can actually trust. They consistently give great deals, they take time to explain things, and you never feel like you’re bothering them. It’s just honest, quality service from genuinely good people. If you need help with anything related to Cricket, this is the location to go to. They’ve earned my loyalty and my gratitude.
