  If you’re expecting even the bare minimum of customer service, you might want to try a different Cricket store. I called asking about a specific phone, and the person who answered couldn’t be bothered to do anything beyond saying, “we don’t have it.” No alternatives, no information, no effort. Just… nothing. The call felt like I was inconveniencing her by simply asking a question. She sounded uninterested, unmotivated, and completely disengaged from her job. She didn’t offer help, didn’t attempt to guide me, and didn’t even close the call professionally. It was, without exaggeration, one of the laziest and most unhelpful interactions I’ve ever had with any customer service department. I didn’t catch her name, but the attitude alone was memorable enough. I’d strongly recommend choosing another location if you’re looking for actual assistance.

  I bought a new phone in August the new razor was told the insurance would be more expensive which is fine it's a more expensive phone however the idiot who helped me apparently took the insurance off and added international calls which I of course did not know until I went to go use my insurance in November do not go to the store take the time drive to the one over on Colfax!

  My wife purchased a new phone from this store in August our phones have always had insurance never international although the employee told my wife insurance for her new phone would be more expensive if she said that that was fine. the idiot who helped my wife took off the insurance and added international calls which we didn't discover until we went to go use the insurance in November cuz her phone had broke.!!!!!! Do not go here! Go to the one off of Colfax!

  New staff in this store and they are absolutely amazing!! Talia and Haleana were there to help! Both took the time to explain everything in detail to me! Will definitely be going back to this from now on!
