  On 2/23/26 around 7:30 PM, I walked into this raggedy store to switch my service to Cricket, and the attitude started the second we stepped through the door. Both employees immediately looked irritated that we even came in. Eye rolling, huffing, puffing — like we were inconveniencing them by simply being customers. The girl with the purple hair was especially horrible. From the start, she had a nasty attitude. I asked if they get commission off helping customers, and the bigger employee rudely snapped “NO” with an attitude for no reason. The whole vibe was hostile. Then instead of actually helping me, they basically handed me a paper and told me I had to look up my own account number, call to get my PIN, and fill everything out myself. I have NEVER had to do all that on my own when switching service. It felt like they didn’t want to do their jobs and were pushing the work onto me. When I questioned it, the girl with the purple hair sarcastically said, “Well, there’s a first time for everything.” Completely rude and unprofessional. No wonder the reviews are bad — your employees are the problem. After dealing with the eye rolling and disrespect, I got upset and told them about themselves. Instead of de-escalating the situation like professionals, both of them said they get off at 8 PM and basically implied they wanted to fight. How ghetto and unprofessional is that? You’re at work representing a company, and that’s how you act? Avoid this location at all costs. It is NOT worth the hassle, stress, or disrespect. I left and went straight to the Aurora Mall location, and it was a complete 180. Betty and Aldroda (I hope I’m spelling that right) were kind, patient, professional, and actually did their jobs. That’s how customer service should be. If you’re going to spend your money with Cricket Wireless, go to the Aurora Mall location. It’s literally three minutes up the road and absolutely worth it. This location, though? Trash customer service. Serious retraining is needed because the way customers are treated there is ridiculous. Both girls should be fired for their behavior.

  2.23.26 at 7.30pm both females were very rude and unprofessional didn't want to help and acted very unprofessional no wonder why yall review suck and when I reacted finally I was wrong avoid at any cost not worth the trouble

  If you’re expecting even the bare minimum of customer service, you might want to try a different Cricket store. I called asking about a specific phone, and the person who answered couldn’t be bothered to do anything beyond saying, “we don’t have it.” No alternatives, no information, no effort. Just… nothing. The call felt like I was inconveniencing her by simply asking a question. She sounded uninterested, unmotivated, and completely disengaged from her job. She didn’t offer help, didn’t attempt to guide me, and didn’t even close the call professionally. It was, without exaggeration, one of the laziest and most unhelpful interactions I’ve ever had with any customer service department. I didn’t catch her name, but the attitude alone was memorable enough. I’d strongly recommend choosing another location if you’re looking for actual assistance.

  My wife purchased a new phone from this store in August our phones have always had insurance never international although the employee told my wife insurance for her new phone would be more expensive if she said that that was fine. the idiot who helped my wife took off the insurance and added international calls which we didn't discover until we went to go use the insurance in November cuz her phone had broke.!!!!!! Do not go here! Go to the one off of Colfax!
