    Took me 30 minutes and the AP team to help me. Stood in car audio for over 30 minutes, and the only thing that happened was AP'S came over to help me buy a radio. Like I was trying to break in, after asking for help lol. This is by far, the worst best buy in Denver.

    My boyfriend and I purchased an open box Samsung tv here, and we both were looking forward to bringing it home. We drove home ten minutes after they helped us load it into our truck. When we got home and opened it, we started to lift it out of the box and took the protective styrofoam padding off the top. We noticed right away under the padding that the screen was cracked, right near it was a sticker that said “inspected” We decided to not finish taking it out of the box and went to exchange it the next day. The manager (Jose) claimed that they couldn’t do anything to help us, they actually wouldn’t even apologize and blamed it on us that the tv was broken. We were super careful transporting it. They said they couldn’t do any returns with physical damage yet when they went to check if it turned on in the store, it wouldn’t at all. So the TV clearly had physical AND internal damage, and they refused to do anything to help us. Be careful purchasing electronics here, as the customer service was super poor. I also read these reviews and saw that this happened to someone else. Thankfully we went to another location close by and they were sorry for what happened and how we were treated and they exchanged the damaged tv with no questions asked. Worst best buy location I’ve ever shopped at. Worst customer service I’ve seen from a manager.

    Do not go here do not get anything from this store they are unhelpful and have terrible customer service. Jose the manger refused to allow me to return or exchange the open box tv I purchased yesterday, insisting that even though I didn’t take it out of the package I broke it. I am working with corporate to have the issue resolved but man this Best Buy location is the worst. Only good one in there was a doorman who agreed it was a messed up situation and should be resolved. I didn’t even get the tv out of the box or packaging before seeing the damaged underneath. Update. I literally brought the tv to another Best Buy and they were super kind and helped me right away, they were super friendly and let me exchange the TV RIGHT AWAY.

    BUYER BEWARE: If this could be zero stars it would be. My wife and I ordered a dishwasher in December and wound up getting a notification that it was there and being prepared for pickup the following day about a week after the order was placed. Showed up the following day and was told that something was messed up and we shouldn't have gotten that notification. Okay, frustrating but whatever. Then we got a notification a couple of weeks later saying it's there and ready for pickup. My wife called to confirm this after the first experience. They confirmed it was there. We show up to pick up and after waiting half an hour are told that they can't find it, and it's not there. Now i'm frustrated. As we pull into our driveway, they call and tell us that they found it and it's ready for pickup. At this point, we inquire about just having it delivered so we don't waste any more gas and time. They tell us they can deliver but it's going to be a 6-week wait. We've already waited over a month by now. We tell them to hold off and we'll call back with a decision. We decide to just head back down there the next day to pickup since they said they had found it. After waiting again, we are told now that because we inquired about delivery, it was moved to "transit" and they no longer have it. So now after 3 wasted trips down there and more than a month of waiting we still have nothing to show for it. I am beyond pissed at how miserably this whole thing was handled. Guess we'll go to the Home Depot to spend our money there

    I try really hard to write positive reviews however, I was in this Best Buy today around 6pm. I needed a new apple pencil. I walked around the store looking. There were approximately 25 shoppers in the store. I did not see any Best Buy employees on the floor. All of the shoppers were looking for help. The store could make a lot more money if the customer service was better. I ended up walking out without buying anything. Very frustrating.
