  Went to this store and Perla (sorry if I misspelled) she was friendly, helpful and gave me options in lieu of purchasing a Hotspot. She helped me increase my plan and she was Great!!! Thank you!

  I’m extremely disappointed with Cricket Wireless. Every time I go to the store, there’s a long line just to get basic help. On top of that, the service is really bad. Whenever I go outside, the WiFi/data barely works and doesn’t load anything. It’s frustrating to pay for service that isn’t reliable. There were also 2–3 times when I tried to pay my bill through the app, but the app was completely shut down and not working. Because of that, my payment didn’t go through, and I ended up being charged an extra $15. When I went to the store, they told me the app was down but didn’t really offer a solution. Overall, the service is unreliable, the app issues caused extra charges, and the long wait times make everything worse. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
