  Came in at 7:15am for 08:00am appointment and they gave me a dock to get unloaded. 20 minutes later they come to tell me I have to back in to a different dock. After 30 minutes I start getting unloaded. I have been completely empty for 1 hour now so I go inside to tell them my trailer is still locked and light is red. Nobody is in the warehouse it’s a ghost town in there. The cleaning ladies told me they were in a meeting. I then go to the guard house and they radio the warehouse which in turn they say they are still working on paperwork. Its BS nobody is in the warehouse. Been here for 4 hours I am empty locked to the dock waiting.

  The Gate/Security staff here a great. Ian knows his job and does it with professional. Usually fast unload.
