All around, the best for you Since 2013, there has been a community practice in the Sprosshaus in Zurich. The work focuses on the patients and their wishes. In 2018, Dr. Medical Dentist Ulrich Arhold ran the dental practice and has been the sole owner ever since. The renovated dental practice is on the first floor of the lift and is barrier-free for our patients. It includes three examination rooms, which makes all areas of dentistry permissible. The practice location is central and easily accessible by public transport. There is also free parking behind the Sprosshaus. Comfortable, modern, and fully digitized. The practice is fully digitized, which simplifies daily cooperation and is also more pleasant for the patients. Small and fine, but with the right quality. A visit to the dentist is always a matter of trust. Our consultation hours take place in a very personal setting, so you feel that you are in good hands.     Leider sehr enttäuschend. Habe die gleiche schlechte Erfahrung gehabt, wie die anderen negative Kommentaren. Würde keinem hier einen Termin empfehlen. Reine Zeitverschwendung.

    Ich würde sachlich, konkret und glaubwürdig bleiben. Zu emotional oder beleidigend wirkt oft weniger seriös und kann eher entfernt werden. Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Praxis Belle Dent in Zürich. Ich habe einen Gutschein im Wert von CHF 200.– für eine Zahnreinigung inklusive Untersuchung gekauft. Beim ersten vereinbarten Termin war ich pünktlich vor Ort, musste jedoch über 30 Minuten warten und wurde anschliessend wieder nach Hause geschickt, da die Praxis offenbar wegen einer nicht bestandenen Inspektion geschlossen werden musste. Danach erhielt ich einen zweiten Termin etwa drei Wochen später, welcher erneut kurzfristig abgesagt wurde. Anschliessend hörte ich lange nichts mehr von der Praxis. Nach mehreren E-Mails meinerseits bezüglich einer Rückerstattung wurde mir diese zwar zugesagt, ich habe meine Bankdaten direkt gesendet, das Geld habe ich bis heute aber nicht erhalten. Inzwischen ist bereits wieder rund ein Monat vergangen. Insgesamt extrem unprofessionelle Kommunikation, schlechte Organisation und leider keinerlei Verlässlichkeit. Ich habe viel Zeit verloren und muss meinem Geld hinterherrennen. Sehr enttäuschend.

    I went there for a dental cleaning and had a great experience. The staff was very professional, competent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well taken care of throughout the appointment. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this practice.
