    Was ich dort erlebt habe, behaupte ich mit hundertprozentiger Sicherheit, dass es das nicht gibt, oder dass es zumindest in der Pflege nur schwer zu finden ist. So viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Professionalität, dass ich es jetzt, nach mehr als einem Jahr, in mir trage. Ines, Reiner, Daniela... Vielen Dank für alles!!

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte Ihnen ein Feedback bezüglich der Betreuung an der Rezeption geben. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Kommunikation und der Umgangston der Empfangsdame in letzter Zeit sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit waren. Ich verstehe, dass der Arbeitsalltag manchmal stressig sein kann, jedoch ist es für die Qualität des Service und das Image des Unternehmens von großer Bedeutung, dass ein respektvoller und höflicher Umgang mit den Gästen gepflegt wird. Ich hoffe, dass Sie dieses Feedback als konstruktive Anmerkung verstehen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen können, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit.
