  Perfectly located, great service, with a quaint feel. It's tucked away just a bit, but still very central to major restaurants, shopping, and the main train station. Just a short walk, is major shopping and restaurants about 3-5 minutes away. Across the river, about a 10 minute walk is a bit of what I call the central portion of Zurich. Lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. The décor is old style but renovated to look that way. So cute is the word my wife would use. It has all the modern amenities you would find in newer hotels. Rooms were nice, bed was comfy and although in the city, no noise from outside. We did not eat at their restaurant for dinner however the breakfast buffet was nice and you could easily order from the menu, and/or do both which is what I did. The few gentleman at the front desk were very helpful anytime I needed something or wanted some guidance. Would very much stay here again if I come back to Zurich.

  The hotel refuses to turn on the A/C . It is cool enough outside but we are on an upper floor and the fan keeps blowing warm air. We have our windows open but there are lights outside our windows and no scree. We are travelling with friends that are at a different hotel and they have A/C. We have asked the manager and they refuse to turn it on. Other rooms at the hotel have their windows open also. Too bad. :(

  Spent 2 nights here and was amazing! The staff is so friendly, house keeping went above and beyond and the breakfast is absolutely amazing!! It’s right in the heart of old town and walking distance to everything!
