  Loved my stay at Hotel Helmhaus. The location is unbeatable, making it super easy to walk everywhere. The rooms are spotless and beautifully set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the service—the entire front desk staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Thanks!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Helmhaus. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is in a great location and is very walkable. We would definitely be back if our travels bring us to Zurich.

  Excellent hotel. Ideal location. Breakfast good enough. Completely clean room and bath. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended

  Great location near historical downtown. Rooms were nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and linens. Bathrooms were nice but a bit on the smaller side. Rooms had AC but our AC unit was located on the other end of the L-shaped room, so was not felt near the bed much, which was needed during the heatwave. But the connecting family room had a good AC location. Breakfasts were very good. Elevators are tiny, three people max without luggage, which I think is common in historical downtown buildings. Overall it is a very nice hotel.
