The Feldenkrais Method is a learning practice in which you explore your movement patterns through slow variations, pausing and repetition.
In the process, it trains your physical, mental and emotional awareness and helps you to find new possibilities in movement.
It can offer support for emotional and physical complaints or pain, innate limitations or the desire to improve an existing ability.
The Feldenkrais Method can help you to strengthen your own inherent resources, find new spontaneity, overcome unhelpful patterns related to stress and movement, improve your coordination and stability and give you more ease and self-confidence.

Individual lessons
CHF 120.00
The individual sessions are tailored to your needs, wishes and possibilities. You will be moved by me, receive impulses through touch and I will guide your attention with words.
Most of the time you lie on a table, but other positions are also possible. You are always clothed. There is time for conversation before and after the session.
Group classes
On request
The group class is a quiet movement play without comparison with others. Using words, I guide you through short sequences of movements and direct your attention.
Many lessons take place while lying down, but there are also lessons in sitting, kneeling or standing.
In the course I speak German. Participation is very often also possible with physical limitations or disabilities. If you would like to discuss this with me, please call or write me.
