We are a multi-brand concept store in the middle and upper price segment for style-conscious women and men. Our boutique is now located at Strehlgasse 33, not far from Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse. Nestled in the charming old town of Zurich, our location is in the Mecca of Zurich's most renowned fashion boutiques. The sewing on the left side broke after just over a year, the right side also about to break. Coup d'Oeil refused to even try to apply the contractual guaranty and gives us no suitable commercial solution. Will never buy anymore other shoes from Coup d'Oeil. Answer: I did not do a resoling. I went to the shoe repairer BECAUSE the sewing was broken. Not the other way around. As can be seen, the sole is still original and lightly wear out for a 14 months pair of shoes. The fact that Coup d'Oeil considers that a 1000 CHF shoe can not be normally wear is telling.
