    The staff was friendly and welcoming when I walked in, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the haircut itself was disappointing. The cut lacked basic technique and wasn’t done very well. I let them know it was just okay because I didn’t want them to cut it any shorter, as I was leaving to head back home. I was hoping for a much better result.
