Die Backbar im Zürcher Seefeld wurde im Jahr 2001 von Line und Wolfram Schniepp gegründet. Sämtliche Backwaren werden täglich frisch direkt vor Ort gebacken. Die Bäckerei bietet zusätzlich einen Take-away-Bereich sowie eine kleine Cafébar an.

I gotta be honest and say that I don’t get the hype. It’s full, always, not because of the amount of customers but because of the design and service. The door opens inwards, the store is unnessisariky cramped, and the service is slow. For in person coffee or food is good, because the sit down atmosphere is really nice. But it remains strangely designed and inefficient. The food is decent, nothing to write home about, the coffee is good.
