  Hello, My name is Denis and I have been attending the A1 German course at ECAP in Winterthur since May. I am very happy with my course and with my experience at the school. From the beginning, I felt welcome in my new class and my teacher made me feel comfortable. I have also had the opportunity to meet other teachers at the school, and they have always been polite, friendly and available to give information and help when needed. I would especially like to thank my teacher Galyna. She is a very patient, understanding and empathetic teacher. From the beginning, she has made me feel comfortable and has always been there to help us. She really wants us to learn and she has a great passion for the German language. Her lessons are fun and interesting, and this makes learning German more enjoyable. Every day, she tries to give us more motivation and helps us discover this beautiful language. I also really like the school because it is clean, welcoming and has a good atmosphere. The teachers have a good and effective way of teaching, and I can feel that my German is improving. I would definitely recommend ECAP Winterthur to everyone who wants to learn German, no matter their age. I am very happy that I chose this school. A special thank you to Galyna and to the whole ECAP team!

  Absolut unprofessionell und respektlos – am ersten Kurstag bei Herr Ernst Widmer. Ich habe im Juli im Rahmen des RAV einen Strategiekurs bei diesem Anbieter besucht. Bereits am ersten Kurstag habe ich Aussagen des Kursleiters erlebt, die ich als äusserst unprofessionell, respektlos und teilweise verstörend empfunden habe. Bei meiner Vorstellung fragte er mich vor der ganzen Gruppe, ob ich „andere Hobbys ausser Kinder machen“ hätte. Später fragte er mich beim Thema Erreichbarkeit ebenfalls vor allen, was ich tun würde, wenn ich gerade Sex hätte. Eine etwas ältere Teilnehmerin sagte er sinngemäss, sie sei in der Arbeitswelt ohnehin nicht mehr viel wert, weil sie schon so alt sei und nicht mehr lange arbeiten könne. Einer anderen Teilnehmerin sagte er, sie solle doch lieber einen Mann suchen, anstatt diesen Kurs zu besuchen. Zum Thema Pünktlichkeit sah er mich direkt an und sagte: „Ausser deine Tochter stirbt, dann ist es akzeptabel.“ Dass all diese Aussagen bereits am ersten Kurstag gefallen sind, hat mich besonders schockiert. Für mich hat das nichts mit Humor oder einer „direkten Art“ zu tun, sondern überschreitet klar die Grenze zu respektlosem und unangemessenem Verhalten. Gerade in einem beruflichen Kurs im Rahmen des RAV erwarte ich von einem Kursleiter Professionalität, Respekt und einen angemessenen Umgang mit allen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern. Das habe ich hier leider überhaupt nicht erlebt.

  Non ho ancora cominciato il corso, il personale alla reception è stato molto cordiale e disponibile nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande, potevo comunicare con loro in italiano ed in inglese. Non vedo l'ora di cominciare questa esperienza in questa scuola.
