Hypnosis is a natural state
Even today, many people associate hypnosis with something mystical and are full of various prejudices. A hypnotic trance is a completely natural state. We all experience it daily – often several times a day.

As this question keeps coming back to me, I've participated in several professional development courses on anxiety, panic, and phobias. It's always fascinating to hear what can be achieved through hypnotherapy when dealing with anxiety.
In my practice, I see young people and adults with anxieties, compulsions, and phobias almost every day. Excessive anxiety can affect absolutely anyone, in any situation. Many anxieties originate in childhood and accompany us into adulthood. Most people develop and perfect elaborate strategies to avoid confronting their fears. They build their lives around them.

- JSJulia SchneiderFeb 10, 20215.0Ich habe bereits zweimal bei Ruth die "Entspannung am Abend" mitgemacht. Zuerst war ich skeptisch, ob so eine Entspannung via Zoom überhaupt möglich ist. Aber ich wurde mehr als positiv überrascht. Die Session hat sehr gut getan und ich konnte neue Energie sammeln. Eine tolle Option, um in dieser stressigen Zeit, ein bisschen zur Ruhe und zu neuen Kräften zu kommen.
- LBLara Blake-HoferApr 6, 20205.0Zugegeben war ich beim Thema Hypnose anfangs eher skeptisch. Allerdings waren schon mit meiner ersten Sitzung alle Bedenken wie weggewischt. Ich durfte selbst Sitzungen erfahren, Entspannung machen, war bei einem ihrer Vorträge dabei und hab jetzt schon drei meiner vielgeliebten Visionboards in Folge gemacht. Ebenso hatten wir grossen Erfolg bei den Ängsten und Lernschwierigkeiten meines Sohnes. Er geht immer wieder liebend gerne zu Ruth und wenns "nur" zum Löffel biegen ist.Die coole VR Brille steht noch auf unserer ToDo Liste. Auch meinem Mann und meiner erwachsenen Tochter konnten die Sitzungen immer sehr gut helfen. Ruth kann mit ihrer ruhigen und beruhigenden Art, ausserdem noch mit viel Feingefühl und grossem Fachwissen überzeugen.... und das in jeder Altersklasse.
