All teachers are certified gymnastics and yoga instructors and have completed a time-intensive and thorough training. In the classes we attach great importance to a mindful approach to the body. Admission to the open classes is possible at any time. Missed classes can be made up in any other class. Subscriptions of 10 lessons or quarterly payments are possible. In case of absence due to accident or illness, a refund is not possible, but can be compensated in other lessons. Personal training is possible on request. Free parking is available in front of the house
