Restaurant Blüemlisalp

The Blüemlisalp is a well-known restaurant in Herrliberg, which has already been a household name for over 100 years. In April 2014 Madeleine Hotz has taken over the Blüemlisalp, which are responsible for the agricultural operation. In the restaurant you will be spoiled by a competent and motivated team. We offer our guests fine seasonal and homemade dishes from the Swiss cuisine. The dishes are prepared with love and exclusively with fresh products such as herbs, vegetables, salads as well as meat products from animal-friendly husbandry. Our many loyal regular customers love our Rösti variations, cordons bleus, grilled specialties and our Sunday brunch on Sundays (in winter on request).
