  Best bike shop ever. Last weekend I was cycling with my wife and suddenly she completely lost tension in her rear derailleur (the screw was not tight enough). Unfortunately I forgot to take my set of allen keys with me 😢 It happened about 3kms away from this shop so I quickly went there alone and explained the situation with my broken german. The crew was very helpful, they offered me some sets of allen keys. Unfortunately one set had 1/2/3mm and the 2nd set had 4/5/6mm keys and I only needed 3 and 4 so it would be a waste of money to buy both of them (I have thousands of allen keys at home…). So what did they do? They quickly went to their workshop and found some old 3/4mm allen keys and gave them to me for free 😱 I was so happy and I was able to save my wife’s bike and earn some good husband points 😎 I will try to buy something from them in the future to repay the favour ☺️
