  ★のとおりです。全てにおいて満足できる滞在でした。 最初に一つだけもう一歩な点を挙げておくと、タオルウォーマーがないことくらいでしょうか。滞在中、洗濯しない方には何の影響もありません。 客室：写真のとおり、綺麗で清潔です。強いて指摘するとすれば、物理的ドアロックがないことくらいでしょうか。2階の部屋でしたが、ベランダから頂上付近だけですがマッターホルンも見えましたので満足です。 サービス：フロントのお兄さんの対応が最高でした。山の天気やベストなルートなど、懇切丁寧に教えて頂きました。朝食も（たまたま宿泊客が少なかっただけかも知れませんが）ゆったり過ごせました。 場所：駅徒歩1分はウソです。1分かかりません。駅に着いた時、どこから入るのか少し分かりづらかったですが、分かってしまえばサクサクアクセスで非常に快適です。

  7월 하순 2박 머물렀습니다. 위치, 청결, 친절한 스태프, 발코니 뷰, 조식 모두 최고였습니다. 다음에 체르마트에 갈 일이 있으면 여기로 다시 예약할 것 같습니다.

  J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement exceptionnel entre les 2 gares et notamment à quelques pas du train pour le Gornergrat. Très bon accueil (on se sent comme dans un hôtel familial) et chambre calme très propre avec balcon mais avec baignoire (je préfère une douche mais peut-être aurai-je dû préciser). J’avais demandé un oreiller moelleux et mon souhait a été respecté. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité (notamment des fromages Suisse) servis à partir de 7h30 (attention si vous arrivez à 7h40, beaucoup de lève tôt, la salle est déjà remplie au trois quart) J’en garde un très bon souvenir et je recommande 😊

  We stayed for 2 nights and they were perfect, the location is the cherry on the cake, at roughly 5 minutes from the main train station and 10 minutes from the city center. The condition's were good , the rooms clean and the breakfast was diverse and tasty. The only thing that can bother someone is the train that departes early in the morning and makes a loud noise,other than that everything is very okey.
