  I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Christiania. Before I had even checked in, while I was simply looking for my accommodation, a woman from the hotel approached me in an extremely rude and aggressive manner and abruptly ordered me to move my car. There was no courtesy, no patience, and no attempt to speak respectfully. The way I was treated felt disrespectful, intimidating, and, from my perspective, discriminatory. I was left feeling that I was treated differently because of my background, which made the experience even more upsetting. Customer service starts with treating people with basic respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before booking this hotel, especially if you expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. No guest should have to deal with rude, aggressive, or potentially discriminatory behaviour when they arrive.

  I've spent 9 wonderful days at Christiania hotel enjoying the beautiful Saas Valley. All the staff starting from the host Corinne are doing a great job in every moment of your stay. The structure, the room, the spa area were spotleless and fresh renovated. The food is also great! I truly recommend to choose Christiania hotel for your next hollidays! Thank you very much to Corinne and the staff!!!
