For over 50 years, Jean-Claude, Rodolphe, and Samuel (who joined the family farm in the early 1990s) have delighted our customers with their expertise in milking, cheesemaking, and aging. Now, the third generation — Romain, Benoît, and Xavier — is taking over to carry on the family tradition on the farm and in the cheese dairy.
