  Bonne expérience à différents moment de la saison. Cours particuliers ou cours en groupe tout s est bien passé. Que ce soit l’accueil, la réservation ou le feed-back des moniteurs. Ils sont à l’écoute et respectent l’élève. Par téléphone, toujours joignable, réponses claires et conseils d’usage précieux. En somme excellente expérience, on se réjouit de l’année prochaine.

  We had such an awesome time today with our ski instructor, Maël Huguelet, School Swiss Ski Crans-Montana! From the moment he hit the slopes, it was obvious he really knows his stuffs…and he made us feel totally comfortable and excited to ski. His encouragement pushed us to do our best, and he provided insightful tips that really helped improve. His ability to create a fun atmosphere. He made each run enjoyable. If you want to get better at skiing and have a great time doing it, he’s your guy. His energy and skill made the day unforgettable!

  I had a fantastic experience at the school. All the staff were incredibly helpful, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I encountered two challenges—one involving an instructor and another due to heavy snowfall—but the school responded promptly and provided effective solutions for both. I want to give a special thank‑you to my instructor, Claudio. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. He knows exactly how to help you feel confident and calm on the slopes while still encouraging you to push yourself and improve. He’s an outstanding instructor, and I highly recommend him.

  Snowboard instructor Pierre Clivaz taught our 13 year old son this week. Our son had such a fun time and progressed his ability and confidence in snowboarding. Pierre was encouraging, patient, fun, and a great mentor to hang out with - both as a sportsman and as a top notch person. We are super grateful to him and will be back. Merci beaucoup Pierre!

  Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit der Skischule in Crans-Montana (Faschingsferien) Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (blaues und rotes Level) im Gruppenunterricht. Nach nur einem Tag sind sie nicht mehr hingegangen. Unsere Tochter, die bereits Ski fahren kann, hat Schneespiele gespielt – teilweise ohne Ski. Das entsprach weder dem gebuchten Level noch unseren Erwartungen. Die Gruppeneinteilung war chaotisch, der Treffpunkt schlecht beschrieben und die Organisation insgesamt unklar. Eine Umbuchung des Restwerts in Einzelstunden war nur mit zusätzlichen Kosten möglich – keine faire oder kulante Lösung. Wir haben in anderen Skigebieten deutlich bessere Erfahrungen mit der ESS gemacht. Diese Skischule können wir leider nicht empfehlen.
