AVY (Artisans Vignerons d'Yvorne) is an innovative cooperative founded in 1902. Today, our team of ten professionals vinifies and sells the production of its120 members.
We mainly produce wines for the Yvorne Chablais AOC appellation, vinifying the harvest from 55 hectares of vines out of a total production area of 160 hectares.
Most of the vines are Chasselas, but we also grow a number of noble white and red grape varieties.
