    Ich stöberte an einem Tag fast eine ganze Stunde im Geschäft und schaute mir alles an. Man lies mich alleine, kein Interesse. Als ich von den wirklich schönen Objekten begeistert war, machte ich Fotos um sie meiner Frau am Abend zu zeigen. Am nächsten Tag kam ich wieder um einige Teile zu erwerben. Ich gab mehrere hundert Euro aus. Ich fragte nach Rabatt. Auf eine Preisreduktion würde man sich kaum einlassen können, da ich ja unbekannt sei, war die Antwort, die sehr pampig formuliert wurde. Am Ende gewährte man mir ca. 2% Skonto. Aber der Stil der Kommunikation, der Umgang war sehr "von oben herab". Eine andere Mitarbeiterin dekorierte die Schaufenster, sie war im Gegensatz zu anderen Dame, die abkassierte, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
