Là où je me choisis

Anne Henon offers Gestalt therapy sessions in Salavaux and via video conference for all of French-speaking Switzerland. Her practice, 'Là où je me choisis' (Where I choose myself), is a space dedicated to adults going through life transitions, facing burnout, or seeking to better live with their hypersensitivity. A practitioner trained at the Humanistic School of Gestalt, she supports her clients with gentleness and respect for their inner rhythm to rediscover a true and authentic movement. The 45-minute consultations are centered on the present moment and sensory experience.
