I suggest: a) an indication of the delivery time is given for out of stock items at the time the order is placed, b) it is clearly stated at the time the order is made that the order will not be fulfilled until all items have been received by Boullard, c) in the event that the order cannot be fulfilled within, say 1 week, due to out of stock items, the order is split and in stock items are delivered first and out of stock items delivered when available. Thank you for your consideration to these suggestions.
