  A bizarre company! They do not know how to spell the word service! I asked them in writing over a week ago to carry out a service on the burner of the heating installation installed by them (!) and they did not even reply! They are a bunch of Farquaads! This company is entirely not serious! A company to be avoided by all means! In the meantime, another company asked by me has carried out the revision of the burner immediately! This company , Chauffage -“Service” , is to be avoided at all cost! Added recently: This company sent me recently, repeatedly and over a long period, a fake bill for a nonexistent, imaginary intervention which they pretended to have carried out recently, which I obviously rejected in writing! My rejection in writing of their fraudulent attempt, remained without response! They threatened to denounce me to the debt enforcement office. This was an unheard of attempt by this company of a fraudulent behaviour! I reported this attempted fraud to the fair trade unit of Seco and to the cantonal office of the commercial police in Epalinges! Only then did they stop their attempted fraud attempt. That was a despicable attempt at fraud by this company, combined with written harrassment, over a considerably long period. This enterprise is to be avoided at all cost!
