Service hautain et insupportable, les vendeurs s'écoutent parler, un niveau de service absolument incompréhensible pour des véhicules de cette marque.

Une excellente expérience avec Porsche Lausanne, et tout particulièrement avec Monsieur José Antoine Correa de Matos.
Depuis le mois de février, Monsieur Correa et son équipe ont tout mis en œuvre pour résoudre un problème complexe concernant le double des clés de mon Porsche Cayman. Malgré les difficultés rencontrées, ils n’ont jamais baissé les bras ni choisi la solution de facilité. Ils ont persévéré jusqu’à trouver une solution, avec beaucoup de sérieux, de disponibilité et de professionnalisme.
J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la livraison du véhicule directement à mon domicile, ainsi que le soin apporté à sa préparation. J’ai retrouvé ma voiture parfaitement propre, avec une attention portée aux détails qui reflète pleinement la qualité de service de l’équipe.
Dans un monde où l’on prend souvent davantage le temps de signaler ce qui ne va pas que de remercier lorsque le travail est bien fait, il me semblait important de souligner leur engagement.
Un grand merci à Monsieur Correa ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe de Porsche Lausanne pour leur accompagnement, leur persévérance et leur sens du service. Une concession que je recommande sans hésitation.

Je suis cliente chez Porschedepuis plusieurs achats et j’ai malheureusement été très déçue par la qualité du service avant-vente récemment.
Après avoir acheté trois véhicules chez eux, je trouve regrettable qu’il soit quasiment impossible d’obtenir un rendez-vous rapide pour essayer un véhicule. On nous demande d’attendre jusqu’à trois semaines, tout en donnant déjà nos disponibilités pour cette période, ce qui manque clairement de flexibilité et d’attention envers les clients fidèles.
Au-delà des délais, l’accueil et la manière de communiquer ont été particulièrement décevants : peu de considération, un ton parfois désagréable et un manque de professionnalisme qui ne correspondent absolument pas à l’image et au standing que représente Porsche.
C’est dommage, car lorsqu’on investit dans une marque de ce niveau, on s’attend naturellement à un service client irréprochable, surtout en phase avant-vente.
