Abbiamo conosciuto New Trends SA e Riccardo Massara quando vivevamo in affitto nell'appartamento che poi abbiamo acquistato, in un momento in cui il proprietario aveva la necessità di vendere rapidamente.
Grazie alla sua competenza e capacità di mediazione è riuscito a strutturare un'operazione complessa con diritto di compera della durata di un anno con eventuale rinnovo, permettendoci di avere il tempo necessario per vendere due immobili di mia proprietà e reperire la liquidità indispensabile per l'acquisto.
Non si è limitato alla compravendita dell'immobile...ci ha anche aiutato a individuare il broker più adatto, che è riuscito a ottenere il finanziamento nonostante avessi una ditta individuale costituita da pochi anni, una situazione che rendeva la pratica decisamente più complessa.
Il risultato è stato eccellente e tutte le parti coinvolte sono rimaste soddisfatte.
