  What counts is the location, downtown Lugano, we paid 260chf with car park. Putting the amount into consideration, the hotel room we stayed in was clean and renovated, but can’t keep up with others in that price range. What the hotel obviously prices is the location which is undoubtedly a walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was included in the price but as a coffee maniac not the best. Overall again clean from my perspective the market of Lugano justifies the price and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

  Difficult to find it .Good clean rooms. Breakfast poor quality. Breakfast room poorly. Reception service poorly.

  Great hotel, ideally situated. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable (we had one with balcony) and the breakfast is ample. A good place to visit Lugano by foot and to relax.

  🔝 sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder🫶 hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Zimmer / Bad sehr modern und neu. Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was man braucht👌

  Bilderna stämmer inte med rummen, ostädat, litet, fönstret gick inte att stänga, sliten inredning, duschmunstycket läckte.
