The Hotel La Tureta is a boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Italian part of Switzerland, embedded in the history of the castles of Bellinzona, the mountains and lakes at the Alpine foothills of Lugano.
The 18th-century building has been painstakingly restored. Here modern design meets the ambience full of antique memories – so as if the present were shrouded in the beauty of the past.
In the Restaurant “La Tureta”, the balance of mediterranean cuisine meets the techniques of traditional French cuisine and references to Italian cuisine. A pastiche that becomes a philosophy of cooking, combines classical eco-processing with modern notes, expands the spectrum of flavors and textures to enhance products of the territory. Everything is homemade: from pastas to sauces, from overcooked meats, fish and vegetables, enhanced with scents planted and grown in our garden, all without forgetting the pastry, sweet legacy of the end of a meal. A menu that follows the times, the weather and its seasons, interpreted by a brigade of young cuisine, with roots in Italian culture and an established training together with great chefs of the Ticino territory.
The Pavone Bar is a corner of history that dominates the Piazza Grande in Giubiasco. Inside, among the frescoes of its rooms, you can enjoy breakfast, moments of relaxation in the afternoon, tea and aperitif, all according to the style of the cafeteria and the kitchen of the Hotel La Tureta.
Open 7 days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. all day.

- WVwanne vos1 day ago5.0Prachtig hotel met ontzettend vriendelijke mensen. Tot in de kleine details zeer goed verzorgd. Heerlijk en meer dan compleet ontbijtbuffet. Restaurant heeft heerlijke gerechten met zeer goede vegetarische opties. Locatie is ideal om als heerlijke rustplaats onderweg te dienen en de omgeving biedt genoeg opties voor leuke uitstapjes. Absoluut een plek waar we vaker gaan terugkomen.

L’hôtel est petit, charmant et très calme. La chambre était confortable, avec un joli balcon et une agréable vue. Le petit déjeuner était varié et de qualité, avec la possibilité de le prendre sur une jolie terrasse. Un parking fermé est également disponible pour CHF 15.–. Toute l’équipe était sympathique et professionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Parking met laadpaal opzij van het hotel en schappelijke laadtarieven. Ontbijt was fantastisch: erg grote keuze aan verse producten met super bediening Ook mogelijk om op het terras je ontbijt te nemen. Restaurant ook getest en zeker goed bevonden. De orichiette en verse vis waren super maar volgens de ober is de pasta carbonara nog beter. Om terug te komen!
