Karen – Creative Coach with the Consciousness Workshop I am Karen, a creative coach and mindful body therapist. For many years, I have been helping people find their inner balance, release stress, and meet themselves on a deeper level. My practice, the Consciousness Workshop in Witterswil, is a place where body, mind, and soul are given equal space. Here, I combine massage, energetic treatments, and creative impulses into a holistic path that is gentle, intuitive, and effective. ♡ My approach Mindful. Creative. Holistic. I believe that healing and transformation begin when we start to feel ourselves again. Bodywork is, for me, the most direct way to access this. That is why massage and energetic treatments are at the centre of my work — they calm the nervous system, release blockages, and open the space for inner clarity. At the same time, I love supporting people with creative, intuitive impulses. Intuitive painting and essential oils can make inner processes visible and deepen them.
